Key Responsibilities.
  •  Ensure positive outcomes in all internal and external interactions.
  •  Engage with customers in a polite and professional manner.
  • Effectively manage time and resolve issues promptly.
  • Take responsibility for the outcomes of all interactions.
  • Visitor Management: Screen and sign in visitors appropriately.
  • Working closely with internal teams (sales, warehouse, production, accounts) to ensure smooth operations
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Address customer queries over the phone in an appropriate manner
  • Resolve customer issues and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in line with KPIs.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all policies and procedures
 
 
The Candidate.
  • Has experience in customer service, order processing, or sales support
  • Is proactive, organised, and solutions focused
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP or similar systems are highly regarded
  • Competent in utilising various computer applications and software to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Pays close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Takes initiative to identify issues and implement solutions promptly.
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear and effective interactions.
