Our client, a leader in high-end product manufacturing, is looking for a Production Order Coordinator to join their collaborative team. It’s a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your attention to detail and coordination skills will have a direct impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reviewing and categorising production orders based on type and complexity
- Analysing Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure everything is correctly accounted for
- Allocating jobs to the right manufacturing stream, keeping things moving to schedule
- Coordinating with Purchasing to confirm material availability and timelines
- Partnering with Customer Service to clarify specs and keep customers in the loop
- Tracking progress and resolving any hiccups before they become delays
- Experience in production planning, manufacturing coordination, or scheduling (ideal, but not essential)
- Strong organisational instincts and a process-driven mindset
- Good understanding of BOMs and production documents
- A confident communicator who works well across teams
- Comfortable navigating ERP or production systems
