60+ Laptops delivered to Cambodia

Over 60 laptops have found new homes in rural Cambodian classrooms, helping students gain digital skills that open doors to new opportunities. What started as a simple idea has grown into something far greater  a lasting impact on education and employability.

We’re exploring new ways to continue supporting digital access and education in underserved regions.

We’re not stopping here. The next phase of Elements for Good will focus on expanding access to digital learning tools and mentoring programs in partnership with local communities. If you’d like to be part of our next chapter whether through tech donations, logistics, or awareness reach out and help us keep the momentum going.

Corporate Social Responsibility

At Elements Recruitment, people are at the heart of everything we do and that includes how we support our community. As a recruitment agency based in Australia, our mission is grounded in trust, care and long-term thinking and our values extend beyond placing people in jobs.

Supporting charities is one of the ways we bring that mission to life. We partner with organisations that create real impact both locally and globally through hands-on involvement, awareness and ongoing support.

Corporate social responsibility at Elements is more than a commitment it’s part of how we operate. Through our community partnerships and charity programs, we actively support causes that matter, including women’s shelters, mental health, education and poverty relief.

Alongside our company-led initiatives, our team regularly volunteers, fundraises and gets involved in local projects. We’re proud to stand behind the people and communities that need it most and to help create long-lasting, positive change.
