As a customer service coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our client’s customer service processes. Your key responsibilities will involve managing customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering exceptional service to clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for the industrial, building and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Working as part of a collaborative team and reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to;
- Serve a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to facilitate seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing customer service processes and contribute to the development of best practices.
The Candidate:
The successful applicant will have customer service experience, and display the following attributes:
Proven experience in a customer service or coordination role, preferably within the industrial sector.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and customer service platforms.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
