This newly created finance leadership position offers full ownership of operational controls and the opportunity to help shape the strategic direction of the business.
Reporting to the CFO, a confident and experienced Finance Manager is needed to drive transformation and assist with the on target 30% growth expected in the next 3 years.
As Finance Manager, you’ll lead finance operations with a focus on driving accuracy, insight, and continuous improvement. You'll play a key role in supporting business performance, streamlining processes, and contributing to strategic growth.
Key responsibilities include.
- Lead all aspects of monthly financial and operational reporting
- Uncover trends and drivers in monthly OPEX to support cost optimisation
- Manage group accounting functions with multi-currency exposure, oversee cash flow planning and support day to day AP/AR operations
- Ensure integrity of the fixed asset register and capitalisation process
- Manage full year-end responsibilities: FBT, statutory reporting, audits, and budgeting cycles
- Champion transformation across systems, automation and initiatives to optimise reporting and controls
- Participate in cross-functional projects by providing financial input and analysis to support decision-making
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and robust internal controls
- Maintain strong, trusted relationships with auditors, banks, and external advisors
- CA or CPA qualified
- Comfortable with full operational ownership and decision-making
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth, and constantly evolving environments
- Demonstrated experience leading system implementations and driving transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to act as a strategic business partner
- Strong working knowledge of FX and intercompany accounting is essential
- Solid knowledge of compliance and Australian accounting standards
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and ERP system experience
- $150,000 plus super
- 8.30-5.00pm (Office Based)
