You’ll be the key support person across users, infrastructure systems. The work is broad and includes:
- Supporting Microsoft Desktop and Server environments
- Maintaining and troubleshooting networks (TCP/IP, Cisco, firewalls, routers)
- Front-line support for SAP Business One
- Email, MS Office, antivirus system administration
- Assisting with intranet, QA systems technical support for service teams
- Supporting future-facing IT projects across the business
- 3–5+ years in a hands-on IT support or systems admin role
- Confident with desktop support, server admin network troubleshooting
- Proactive mindset and calm, reliable presence
- Able to communicate professionally across teams and levels
- Interested in stepping into a leadership or senior position in the future
