What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the full import/export process
- Booking and tracking freight with shipping lines and forwarders
- Coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams
- Ensuring smooth documentation and customs compliance
- Troubleshooting logistics issues and keeping everything on track
- Maintaining accurate data and keeping systems updated
- Solid experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain (export ideal)
- Great grasp of shipping docs and customs processes
- Highly organised and solutions-focused
- Confident working across multiple moving parts
- A strong communicator who’s calm under pressure and sharp on detail
- Demand and supply planning experience
