We’re on the lookout for a qualified Plumber or Refrigeration Mechanic to join a growing field service team that’s known for doing things right. If you're someone who enjoys fixing problems, delivering great service, and working with a team that’s got your back, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll have a dedicated planning and coordination crew keeping your days running smoothly, so you can focus on what you do best. With a mix of commercial jobs across Sydney, every day brings something new.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Install, maintain, and service water or refrigeration systems
- Troubleshoot and repair systems with care and efficiency
- Use a mobile job management system to log your work accurately
- Represent the team with pride and professionalism at every job
- Work closely with schedulers and team leads to keep things flowing
- Trade qualifications as a Licensed Plumber or Refrigeration Mechanic
- A valid driver’s licence (you’ll have a fully maintained service vehicle)
- White Card and safety training
- Experience in a field-based service role
- A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills
- The ability to work well independently and as part of a great team
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Experience with water filtration, boiling/chilled units, or HVAC systems
- Familiarity with job management software like Pronto or IFS
- Fully maintained service vehicle and uniform provided
- Work Monday to Friday – No weekend work !
