What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing new business opportunities and managing a healthy pipeline
- Responding to complex briefs, tenders, and technical solution requests
- Working directly with contractors, consultants, and end users
- Building trusted, long-term client partnerships
- Collaborating with internal engineers and delivery teams for seamless handovers
- Staying sharp to industry trends and market demand
- Keeping your CRM tight and reporting accurate
- Proven success in solution sales — ideally across capital equipment, power systems, or industrial services
- Mechanical or electrical aptitude (trade background a bonus, not essential)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Drive, independence, and the ability to manage a full sales cycle
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across your patch
