What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing new business opportunities and managing a healthy pipeline
  • Responding to complex briefs, tenders, and technical solution requests
  • Working directly with contractors, consultants, and end users
  • Building trusted, long-term client partnerships
  • Collaborating with internal engineers and delivery teams for seamless handovers
  • Staying sharp to industry trends and market demand
  • Keeping your CRM tight and reporting accurate
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven success in solution sales — ideally across capital equipment, power systems, or industrial services
  • Mechanical or electrical aptitude (trade background a bonus, not essential)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Drive, independence, and the ability to manage a full sales cycle
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across your patch
