We are currently partnering with a highly regarded and established business in the food manufacturing sector that is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Advisor to join their team in Southwest Sydney.

This organisation is a major player in its industry and is well-known for its collaborative culture, focus on employee development, and long-standing commitment to quality and innovation. With a strong HR function already in place, this role presents an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to step into a true business partnering role where you will have a tangible impact on both people and operational outcomes.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Head of HR ANZ, this is a hands-on, generalist HR role supporting a diverse, fast-paced workforce. You will work across multiple facets of HR including:
  • Advising and coaching managers on employee relations and performance matters
  • Supporting organisational capability and development initiatives
  • Coordinating and implementing HR programs including KPIs, performance management, succession planning, and engagement
  • Leading and supporting end-to-end recruitment in partnership with the internal Talent team
  • Driving compliance with WHS, EEO, and HR legislative requirements
  • Analysing HR data and producing accurate reporting to support strategic decision-making
  • This is an onsite position in a manufacturing environment, where your visibility, relationship-building and practical problem-solving skills will be key to success.

About You

We’re looking for a capable HR professional who is confident, solutions-focused and thrives in a dynamic, operational environment. You will bring:
  • Previous experience as a HR Advisor with generalist experience, ideally within a manufacturing, FMCG or logistics setting
  • relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to influence and build trust across all levels
  • A hands-on, flexible approach with the ability to juggle competing priorities and work autonomously
  • Strong knowledge of HR legislation and best practice across ER, performance, and policy interpretation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms
