About the Role
Reporting directly to the Head of HR ANZ, this is a hands-on, generalist HR role supporting a diverse, fast-paced workforce. You will work across multiple facets of HR including:
- Advising and coaching managers on employee relations and performance matters
- Supporting organisational capability and development initiatives
- Coordinating and implementing HR programs including KPIs, performance management, succession planning, and engagement
- Leading and supporting end-to-end recruitment in partnership with the internal Talent team
- Driving compliance with WHS, EEO, and HR legislative requirements
- Analysing HR data and producing accurate reporting to support strategic decision-making
- This is an onsite position in a manufacturing environment, where your visibility, relationship-building and practical problem-solving skills will be key to success.
About You
We’re looking for a capable HR professional who is confident, solutions-focused and thrives in a dynamic, operational environment. You will bring:
- Previous experience as a HR Advisor with generalist experience, ideally within a manufacturing, FMCG or logistics setting
- relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to influence and build trust across all levels
- A hands-on, flexible approach with the ability to juggle competing priorities and work autonomously
- Strong knowledge of HR legislation and best practice across ER, performance, and policy interpretation
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms
