The company manufactures, delivers, and installs a range of innovative products tailored for residential, commercial, and rural clients across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
Working as part of a small team and reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to;
- Respond to inbound calls and inquiries
- Effectively schedule and prioritise tasks for key stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Deliver comprehensive product details and accurate quotations to both prospective and current clients.
- Assist both new and returning customers by providing thorough product information and tailored quotes
- Handle customer job requests, sales orders, and quotes, ensuring precise and efficient data entry.
- Develop meaningful business relationships with customers by being attentive, supportive, and personable.
The successful applicant will have customer service experience, and display the following attributes:
- Proven experience in Customer Service or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with SAP or Oracle will be a distinct advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
