Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and working alongside a dynamic, close-knit team, you will;
- Be the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries, delivering solutions-focused support.
- Schedule and coordinate service and installation appointments to meet key stakeholder needs.
- Provide tailored product advice and prepare accurate quotes that build trust and confidence.
- Manage job requests, process sales orders, and maintain accurate data entry across systems.
- Build lasting customer relationships through professionalism, empathy, and technical knowledge.
The Candidate:
The successful applicant will have customer service experience, and display the following attributes:
- Previous experience in customer service or coordination roles.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Impeccable attention to detail and time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with SAP or Oracle is highly desirable.
- A team first attitude and a commitment to service excellence.
