About the Role
Seeking an experienced and capable Site Supervisor to oversee the delivery of a large-scale, multi-phase rehabilitation and infrastructure project located in Southern Sydney. Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day site coordination leading plant, labour, subcontractors, and ensuring a safe, productive, and compliant work environment.
This is a project with real purpose transforming a significant parcel of land into a thoughtfully designed public and environmental space.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site activities and maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Coordinate workforce, subcontractors, and resources to meet delivery targets
- Maintain strong daily records and contribute to planning and progress reporting
- Liaise closely with internal teams to ensure schedules and compliance requirements are met
- Implement safe work practices and environmental controls
- Promote a positive and proactive culture on site, in line with company values
- Review site drawings, scopes, and methods to support practical and timely execution
You’re a calm and confident leader with proven experience supervising infrastructure, civil, or environmental projects. You bring:
- Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end site activity
- Strong knowledge of WHS and environmental compliance
- A strong understanding of Environment Protection Licences (EPLs) and relevant legislation, with a commitment to upholding company policies and environmental management systems
- The ability to lead and motivate teams while maintaining accountability
- High attention to detail and strong planning capability
- Confidence in engaging with senior management and the initiative to flag any issues that may impact project delivery or the wider business
- Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills
- Contribute to a meaningful and community-focused project
- Be part of a forward-thinking, safety-first team
