Lead. Support. Influence — on your terms.
We’re seeking a confident, experienced veterinarian who’s ready to step into a part-time leadership role, supporting and mentoring clinic teams across the ACT and Southern Highlands. You’ll be a trusted advisor to veterinary teams and a key partner in helping clinics grow both clinically and commercially.
This flexible role is ideal for someone looking to reduce clinical hours without losing impact — or for a senior vet ready to pass on their knowledge and help shape the next generation of leaders.

What the Role Involves

  • Provide in-clinic and remote support to lift standards of care and operational performance
  • Coach and mentor veterinarians and clinic leaders to build confidence and capability
  • Collaborate with regional managers on workflow optimisation, pricing, service models, and team development
  • Contribute to succession planning, recruitment, and clinician retention strategies
  • Identify and act on opportunities for growth, development, and improved client outcomes
  • Travel across ACT and the Southern Highlands, with flexibility to work from home
What You’ll Bring
  • Veterinary degree and current registration to practice in Australia
  • 3+ years of clinical experience, ideally with mentoring or team leadership
  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • A strategic mindset with practical understanding of veterinary operations
  • Confidence to work independently while building strong professional relationships
Why Apply?
  • Flexible part-time schedule – 2 to 3 days per week
  • Pro-rata salary of $160K + fully maintained car
  • Option to add clinical hours if full-time is preferred
  • No weekend work, no shifts – full autonomy
  • Supportive, progressive workplace with national reach
  • Make a genuine impact on veterinary teams and patient care
