Field Service Technician – Be the Expert Behind Clean, Filtered Water
What You’ll Be Doing:
We’re on the lookout for a motivated Service Technician to join a growing team focused on filtered boiling and chilled water systems. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working independently, solving technical problems, and delivering top-level service.
You’ll be:
  • Servicing, maintaining and repairing advanced water filtration systems in the field.
  • Troubleshooting with the help of service manuals, diagnostic tools and your own know-how.
  • Carrying out on-site assessments and identifying the best solutions for each client.
  • Coordinating with our scheduling team to ensure seamless service and follow-ups.
  • Representing the business with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven experience in field service — especially with water filtration, coffee machines, or similar appliances.
  • A valid driver’s licence and comfort travelling across metro and regional areas.
  • Strong fault-finding skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Confidence dealing with customers and a commitment to quality service.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Additional Requirements:
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is required in line with customer and safety protocols.
  • Pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
