We’re partnering with a well-established organisation seeking a capable and hands-on HR Generalist to join their team in a permanent capacity. This is a broad, end-to-end role suited to someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a structured environment, and brings strong administrative capability alongside solid HR foundations.
About the Role You’ll support across the full employee lifecycle while playing a key role in compensation, compliance, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment
- Supporting and coordinating payroll (processed once or twice annually – payroll exposure highly regarded)
- Managing annual salary reviews
- Compiling salary data and reporting (including information for Korn Ferry benchmarking)
- Supporting compensation & benefits processes
- Maintaining HRIS data and employee records (no specific system required)
- Ensuring HR compliance and policy adherence
- General HR administration and support across the business
- Experience with payroll processes
- Experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong Excel experience
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience supporting salary reviews and compensation processes
- Comfortable working with data and preparing remuneration reports
- HRIS experience
- Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset
- Confident managing end-to-end recruitment
