This Australian company has grown from strength to strength over the past 100 years and has developed into a leader in their field. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll professional to work within their growing team environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager this role will see you working within a team and your responsibilities will include however not limit you to;
- Fortnightly and monthly payroll for approximately
- Ongoing maintenance of Payroll System
- Updating and maintaining all payroll records
- Liaising with staff and managers on payroll queries
- Maintaining leave records
- Award interpretation
- Calculating termination pays
- Assist with month and year end
- Calculating LSL provisions/accruals
The Candidate
To be the successful candidate you will have solid previous experience in the end to end Payroll process, you must have solid experience using large payroll systems such Micropay or Chris 21, you will ideally have exposure to Connex also. You will have the ability to work within a team environment. Sound written and verbal communication skills are essential to your success in this position.
