Blair utilises her previous experience and knowledge as a Recruitment Consultant to specialise in a Quality and Operations Advisory role within Veritas Recruitment. This fundamental position ensures the integrity of our database and that we remain on top of WHS, Privacy and external governance. Blair is extremely system savvy, hence also heavy involved with all technical updates and improvements and is our resident “go to” within the offices.
In the office Blair is our office guru for anything technical, operational and KPI driven and is not afraid to get out the wooden spoon to keep us all in line.
Outside of work, Blair has been blessed with two beautiful girls that keep her very busy and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
