With experience across recruitment marketing in the UK and now Sydney, Dale’s worked across SEO, content, automation, social campaigns and employer branding. His focus is on helping recruiters grow their desks, building trust with clients and candidates and making marketing feel more human.
Since joining Elements, he’s played a key role in shaping the digital presence, rolling out CSR initiatives and launching campaigns that speak to the heart of what the business stands for.
Outside of work, Dale’s an avid traveller and weekend explorer he’s often found camping, cooking or hiking along the coast.
