In 2021, Dalia made the move into FMCG Sales and Marketing recruitment during one of the most challenging periods for the industry, the COVID-19 pandemic. What initially felt like an unexpected career change quickly became one of the best decisions she has ever made. She discovered a genuine passion for recruitment and found it perfectly aligned with her love of connecting with people and helping them achieve their career goals.

With over five years of recruitment experience, Dalia now partners with clients and candidates across a broad range of industries, specialising in FMCG, Construction, Manufacturing, Services and Transport & Logistics. Her commercial background, consultative approach, and ability to build authentic relationships allow her to consistently deliver tailored recruitment solutions and long term partnerships.

Known for her warmth, energy, and positive outlook, Dalia is passionate about making a meaningful difference in people's lives. Outside of work, Dalia has a passion for photography and health and fitness. She is a qualified Zumba Instructor and enjoys teaching classes while staying active through Warrior, Zumba, HIIT, and Pop Pilates. Her enthusiasm, energy, and love of bringing people together extend well beyond the workplace.
