Victoria Farrow

Senior Consultant
After a successful corporate career in Buying, Sales, Marketing and Operations, I made the move into recruitment as a post covid swerve , I wanted to combine my commercial experience with my passion for people. Having been the hiring manager, I know exactly what businesses need, what great talent looks like and how important the right cultural fit is.

I've worked with some incredible brands including Nike, adidas & Luxottica, That experience means I don't just read a job brief, I understand it.

Whether I'm helping a business find their next leader or supporting someone through a career-changing opportunity, I'm all about building genuine relationships, giving honest advice and making great matches that last.

Originally from Birmingham, I happily traded grey skies for Sydney's beaches years ago and you'll usually find me by the water whenever I'm not recruiting!
