Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Manage and grow a well-established WA customer base across manufacturing, timber, engineering, and industrial sectors.
- Conduct regular site visits, build relationships, and uncover additional opportunities for upgrades and expansions.
- Provide accurate forecasts, customer insights, and maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical enquiries, coordinating with service and support teams.
- Proactively identify and win new business across WA, targeting production facilities, workshops, and manufacturers of all sizes.
- Build a healthy pipeline that aligns with growth targets, with strong discipline around follow-up and activity levels.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting performance, efficiency, and ROI.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and customer demonstrations.
