Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity to see you through the next few months? We are currently partnering with a well-established and fast-paced organisation near Eastern Creek who require additional support in their finance team during a busy period.
The Role:
Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end Accounts Payable function, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and timely processing.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing high-volume invoices in SAP HANA
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Supplier reconciliations and statement reviews
- Responding to internal and external supplier queries
- Assisting with payment runs
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider finance team as needed
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Strong working knowledge of SAP HANA ideal
- High attention to detail and excellent time management
- Confident communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative team
- Able to commit to a 3-month assignment, 3 days per week (Mon/Tues/Wed)
