THE ROLE
Reporting into the CFO team and working closely with Customer Service, you’ll take ownership of the Accounts Receivable function and keep things ticking along seamlessly. Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing progress payments and following up on outstanding debts
- Preparing and issuing invoices, keeping accounts accurate and up to date
- Reconciling accounts and handling debtor queries with a professional touch
- Delivering great service to both clients and internal stakeholders
- Assisting with general admin and finance tasks
- Using Excel for reconciliations and reporting
This role suits someone who enjoys the rhythm of AR and takes pride in keeping things in order. You’ll bring:
- Previous Accounts Receivable experience (progress payments a bonus)
- Confident, personable communication skills
- Solid Excel skills for reconciliations and reporting
- Oracle experience desirable but not essential
- A proactive, team-focused mindset with strong organisational skills
- Salary circa $80–85K + super (based on experience)
- Wetherill Park location with free onsite parking
- Full-time permanent role – stability in a supportive environment
