We’re a national homewares retailer making bold strides into the commercial and B2B space — and we’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth. If you're passionate about prospecting, closing deals, and creating long-term value through strong client relationships, this role offers the perfect platform.
About the Role
As the Business Development Manager – B2B Programs, you’ll take the lead on identifying and converting new business opportunities, particularly targeting Tier B1 clients. You'll also support and scale existing accounts while collaborating across teams to strengthen the B2B function.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B leads
  • Create compelling proposals and pitch tailored solutions using the company’s sales toolkit
  • Manage and grow current B2B client relationships to maximise revenue
  • Support and coach retail and frontline teams to enhance B2B performance
  • Represent the business at trade shows, conferences, and networking events
  • Monitor your pipeline, report on key metrics, and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Provide regular insights on market trends and customer feedback
About You
  • Proven success in B2B sales with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • 2+ years in a business development or senior retail leadership role
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Confident working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Highly motivated and resilient, with the ability to self-manage and drive results
  • Strong team player with a customer-first mindset
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
