As a Business Reporting & Systems Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in providing data-driven insights, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with senior leaders to optimise reporting systems, develop performance dashboards, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build, maintain, and optimise Power BI dashboards for data visualisation.
- Manage program and system enhancements in an agile, backlog-driven environment.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop training materials and deliver training sessions for system users.
- Act as a key advisor on system project decisions, addressing inefficiencies.
- Lead CRM (Monday) enhancements and improvements.
- Continuously explore and implement innovative technical solutions.
- Present technical insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience in Excel, program data maintenance, and documentation.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work under pressure with accuracy.
- Experience collaborating effectively in a team environment.
- BSM experience is highly preferable.
- Relevant export documentation or logistics qualification is advantageous.
- Pronto system knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Qualifications / Technology:
- Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualisation.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Monday).
- Strong aptitude for adopting and implementing new technologies.
- Technical proficiency to manage system enhancements and agile backlogs.
