THE ROLE
Reporting into the Finance Lead and working closely with the Credit Officer this role is purely focused on cash collections and reducing aged debt. You’ll be brought on to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Chasing outstanding payments and following up on overdue accounts
- Managing and reducing the aged debtor ledger
- Investigating and resolving payment issues and invoice queries
- Liaising with internal teams and external clients to speed up payments
- Maintaining accurate notes and records of collection activity
THE CANDIDATE
You’ll be a strong match if you bring:
- Solid experience in Accounts Receivable / Credit / Collections
- A confident, resilient phone manner (you’re not afraid to chase!)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid Excel skills
- A proactive, target-driven and organised approach
