An exciting opportunity has become available for an organised and proactive Project Administrator to join a growing business 
This is a great opportunity to join an established business that is experiencing continued growth and to become an important part of a busy project delivery team.
Working closely with the Head of Project Delivery, Project Managers and operational teams, you will provide essential administration and coordination support across a range of projects, helping to keep projects organised, compliant and moving forward.
About the role
This is a varied, hands-on role where you will be responsible for:
  • Coordinating project administration, scheduling and mobilisation activities
  • Organising site inductions, licences, training, travel and accommodation
  • Maintaining project folders, registers, schedules and action/issue registers
  • Coordinating timesheets, daily reports, photographs and project records
  • Maintaining compliance, equipment and inspection registers
  • Supporting the control of SWMS, ITPs, permits and other project documentation
  • Following up outstanding information with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
  • Assisting with project close-out documentation, including handover packs, warranties and as-built records
  • Identifying missing information or potential issues and escalating these early
About you
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and enjoys being the person who keeps everything on track.
You will ideally have:
  • At least 2 years' experience in project administration or coordination within construction, engineering, manufacturing or a field-service environment
  • Experience with scheduling, mobilisation and document control
  • A good understanding of construction-related documentation, WHS records, inductions and compliance registers
  • Strong Microsoft 365 and Excel skills
  • Excellent follow-up and communication skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • A practical, proactive approach and the confidence to chase information when required
  • A White Card
Experience with MS Project or SharePoint would be advantageous.
