This well-established Australian business operates across multiple sectors and has built a strong reputation for stability, service, and long-standing client relationships. With a sizeable finance function and a high-performing credit team, they’re currently navigating a busy period and need an extra pair of hands to help keep things moving.
The Role
This is a hands-on, team-based Credit Collections role where you’ll be jumping in to support a large, collaborative credit function.
Your focus will be on clearing a backlog and getting on the phones, managing collections, following up outstanding accounts, and building rapport with customers to drive timely payments.
You’ll be working alongside an experienced team who know their stuff, so it’s very much a “roll up your sleeves and get stuck in” environment where everyone supports each other.
The Candidate
You’re an experienced Credit Officer who’s comfortable working at pace and confident picking up the phone. You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a credit/collections role
- Strong collections capability
- Exposure to PPSR
- Solid system & Excel skills and the ability to hit the ground running
- A team-first mindset with a proactive attitude
