The Company
Our client is a well-established construction business with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects across residential and commercial sectors. Due to increased workload, they require an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their team immediately on a temporary basis.
The Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and coordinate service and maintenance requests across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound calls and email enquiries
- Scheduling works with site teams and contractors
- Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
- Resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks
- Previous experience in customer service or coordination (construction/industrial desirable)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to start immediately
