About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be a key member of the customer service team, supporting customers across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll manage customer enquiries, process orders, coordinate deliveries, liaise with internal teams, and ensure customers receive a seamless experience from order through to delivery.
No two days are the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, multitasking, and working closely with different departments.


Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders using SAP and internal systems
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Coordinate freight bookings and delivery schedules
  • Manage backorders and customer communications
  • Prepare customer documentation including proof of delivery and packing lists
  • Support inventory, stock transfer, and production administration activities
  • Assist with export documentation and logistics coordination
  • Maintain accurate customer and order information within SAP
  • Liaise with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Operations teams
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements

About You

To be successful, you'll bring:
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Processing, or Administration
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience using ERP systems (SAP highly regarded)
  • Experience within manufacturing, logistics, distribution, FMCG, or industrial sectors will be highly advantageous.
