The Opportunity

We are partnering with a well established and fast paced organisation seeking an experienced Customer Service / Sales Support Representative to join their busy Western Sydney team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a high volume, customer focused environment where no two days are the same.

The Role

This is a fast paced, hands on customer service and sales support position where you will be responsible for managing inbound enquiries, processing orders, and supporting customers across multiple channels.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow, quick resolution of issues, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
This is a busy role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organised in a high volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

Responding to inbound customer calls and emails
Processing and managing customer orders
Handling enquiries and resolving issues quickly and professionally
Supporting internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Maintaining accurate system records and updates
Providing a high level of customer service at all times
Assisting with general administration and coordination tasks

About You

Experience in customer service or sales support roles
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Positive, proactive, and team oriented approach
Quick to learn systems and processes
ERP or CRM experience an advantage
