Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + Super

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a well established and highly respected business operating within the industrial manufacturing industries. With more than 30 years of industry expertise and a strong reputation built on trust, integrity, and customer service, they are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representaitve to join their Sydney team.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting customer service operations across Australia and New Zealand. This position combines customer service, order processing, administration, logistics support, and internal stakeholder coordination.
You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, maintaining system accuracy, and supporting a range of business functions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being the central point of contact, has strong attention to detail, and can effectively manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Processing customer purchase orders through SAP and internal systems
Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
Coordinating freight and customer delivery updates
Managing backorders and customer communications
Supporting production order administration and stock transfers
Preparing export documentation and supporting logistics activities
Providing proof of deliveries, packing lists, and customer documentation
Maintaining accurate customer and product information within SAP
Supporting sales, logistics, finance, and customer service teams
Assisting with office administration and general business support
Contributing to process improvements and system enhancement projects

About You

Previous experience in a Customer service, Sales support, Office administration, or Order processing role
Strong customer service skills with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
Confident working across multiple internal departments
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience using ERP systems, ideally SAP, highly regarded
Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or industrial industries is advantageous
