I’m working with a fantastic premium brand based near Macquarie Park that’s looking to add two Customer Service professionals to their small, energetic team in the new year.
Roles Available:
- Customer Service Lead / Senior CSR – circa $75k + super
- Customer Service Representative – circa $65–68k + super
- Support sales by placing orders and managing customer queries and guarantees
- Engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Represent a premium, respected brand with professionalism and energy
- Use Salesforce to manage customer interactions
- Occasionally work from home once established, but most collaboration happens in-office
- Upbeat, engaged, and open to learning about the brand
- Strong communicators with attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a paced, structured work style
- Solutions-oriented, proactive, and happy to go the extra mile
- (Senior role) Capable of leading by example and mentoring others
