Customer Support Coordinator

An established and fast-growing foodservice business is entering an exciting new phase of growth and is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to join its high-performing team.

The Opportunity
Reporting into an engaged and approachable leader, you’ll play a key role supporting customers, distributor partners, and internal stakeholders. You’ll be the first point of contact for franchisees, DC's &  customers, ensuring exceptional service standards while keeping operations running smoothly. Youll have the opportunity to engage in improving and refining process
This role would suit:
  • Someone on a pathway toward sales or account management, or
  • A customer service professional who takes pride in high standards, accuracy, and relationship-driven service, and wants to be part of a function that is expected to grow.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for key customers
  • Respond to enquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
  • Liaise with external partners to close out customer queries
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the wider team
  • Maintain accurate customer and account records
  • Prepare reports and support account management activity
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience
About You
  • Experience in customer service, customer support, or administration
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (ERP experience an advantage)
  • Proactive, reliable, and keen to contribute to a growing team
What’s On Offer
  • $70,000 – $80,000 + Super + Annual Bonus
  • Monday to Friday - within  8:00am – 5:00pm(flexibility when required)
