Based in Western Sydney, they are seeking a Customer Service / Admin Support.
The Position
- High level administrative support / reporting
- Ensure correct pricing is applied to customer accounts
- Inbound and outbound calls to suppliers and clients
- Answer phone calls and emails addressing customer queries / follow up
- Raise invoices and credits when necessary
- Ensuring all records and documentation are up to date and accurate
- Daily use of Excel, reporting, etcetera
- Extensive administrative experience
- Strong communication experience, both verbal and written
- Able to build strong working relationships internally and with clients and suppliers
- High level attention to detail, exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse and trouble shoot
- Intermediate/ Advanced Excel skills preferred
- Enthusiastic, driven, and open to changing priorities
- Can work independently as well as in a team
