We’re now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive our brand’s online presence and performance. You’ll work alongside a creative and analytical marketing team member, taking ownership of multi-channel campaigns and ensuring every idea, click, and conversion ties back to growth.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and optimise digital marketing across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, and Klaviyo, ensuring alignment between creative, performance, and commercial goals.
- Manage social media and content — building calendars, briefing creative, and developing engaging B2B and B2C content.
- Oversee digital advertising and lead generation across social and search platforms, working with internal and external partners to deliver measurable results.
- Drive email and CRM marketing in Klaviyo, from automations to newsletters and product launches.
- Own the Shopify website — ensuring accuracy, optimisation, and a seamless user experience.
- Report, analyse, and improve — using data to inform smarter, sharper digital strategies.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with strong results across social, paid, and CRM channels.
- Hands-on experience managing or maintaining Shopify websites.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics (GA4).
- The ability to turn insight into action — balancing creativity with commercial thinking.
- A collaborative style and clear communication — you’ll be working closely with a talented, supportive team.
- Strong tenure in previous roles is welcomed— we’re looking for someone who sees things through and grows with the business.
