Due to continued business expansion, an opportunity has opened for an experienced Finance Manager to step into a key leadership role within the organisation.
This position offers genuine influence across the finance function and the chance to contribute to the next phase of growth.
Reporting to the CFO, you’ll play an important role in strengthening financial operations and supporting the company’s ambitious plans, including targeted growth of 30% over the next three years.
 
The Role
As Finance Manager, you’ll lead finance operations with a focus on accuracy, insight, and continuous improvement. You’ll partner closely with leadership, streamline processes, and help drive performance across the business.

Key responsibilities include. 
  • Lead all aspects of monthly financial and operational reporting
  • Identify trends and cost drivers within monthly OPEX to support commercial decision-making
  • Manage group accounting activities with multi-currency exposure, oversee cashflow planning, and support day-to-day AP/AR operations
  • Ensure integrity of the fixed asset register and capitalisation process
  • Manage full year-end responsibilities including FBT, statutory reporting, audits, and budgeting cycles
  • Champion system improvements, automation, and initiatives that strengthen reporting and controls
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects, providing financial insight to support business decisions
  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Build trusted relationships with auditors, banks, and external advisors
The Candidate
  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Comfortable taking ownership and making confident decisions
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth, evolving environments
  • Proven experience leading system implementations and driving improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to partner with senior stakeholders
  • Experience with FX and intercompany accounting
  • Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards and compliance requirements
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI, and ERP system experience
