The Role
An FP&A Analyst opportunity supporting a high-performing Finance leadership team. You will report to an experienced Finance Leader and work alongside some exceptional leaders.
This is a hands-on, business partnering role. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Budgeting, forecasting and rolling forecast preparation
- Variance analysis and management reporting
- Partnering with commercial and operational stakeholders
- Reporting and analysis using a variety of tools including AI and Power BI
- Supporting S&OP processes

- Strong financial modelling skills
- Analytical, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Idealllybe CA or CPA qualified
- Experience in FP&A, commercial finance
- Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail or Logistics industry well regarded
- Has worked with local operations and manufacturing teams
Up to $140k + superannuation depending on experience. Hybrid working arrangement.
