The Company

With a growing presence in the market, they’re currently seeking a Business Development Manager  to join their team in NSW.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding business that values professionalism, teamwork, and a genuine passion for food and beverage.

The role:

As the new Business Development Manager you’ll be the face of the company in NSW’s vibrant on-premise and retail trade. You’ll drive the commercial growth of their prestigious portfolio, working closely with venues, retailers, and internal teams to deliver standout results and service.

This is more than a sales role, it’s about partnerships, brand-building, and strategic development.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across NSW.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our market presence.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead.
  • Host and support events and supplier visits.
  • Work alongside the Sales team to share insights and opportunities.

The Candidate:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A genuine passion for food & beverage.
  • A strong track record in sales, customer relationship management, and business development.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to spot trends and new channels for growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management, organisational abilities, and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
