HR Advisor
Bathurst | Permanent | $90–110K + Super
A well-established manufacturing organisation in Bathurst is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide hands-on generalist support across the business. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of core HR functions, contribute to cultural uplift, and play an active part in ongoing people initiatives.
The Role
• Provide day-to-day employee relations support (excluding complex investigations)
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding and light recruitment activities
• Support the HRIS implementation and associated process improvements
• Deliver and facilitate internal training sessions
• Lead and support engagement and culture initiatives
• Oversee leave, absenteeism and general workforce planning
• Assist with EBA negotiations
• Maintain HR processes, documentation and compliance requirements
• Build visibility and rapport through regular walk-the-floor engagement
• Provide general office support for the onsite team
The Candidate
• Previous experience in a HR Generalist position, HR Advisor or similar
• Confident communicator with an approachable, positive style
• Manufacturing or industrial experience desirable
• UKG experience desirable
