HR Business Partner | Manufacturing | $130,000 | Southwest Sydney


Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for partnering with leaders and supporting operational teams? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business that is a household name in its industry.

Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, this role will see you working closely with frontline leaders across production, logistics, and maintenance to deliver hands-on HR support and drive people initiatives that genuinely impact the workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide trusted HR advice and coaching to leaders on all aspects of people management.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations matters, including investigations and case management.
  • Support and guide performance management and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Interpret and apply industrial instruments, including enterprise agreements.
  • Partner with managers and stakeholders to influence and implement HR strategies that support operational success.
  • Support Adhoc HR Operations as needed.


About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Advisor role, ideally within a blue-collar, unionised or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and workplace investigations.
  • Confidence in interpreting and applying enterprise agreements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
