Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, this role will see you working closely with frontline leaders across production, logistics, and maintenance to deliver hands-on HR support and drive people initiatives that genuinely impact the workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide trusted HR advice and coaching to leaders on all aspects of people management.
- Manage and resolve employee relations matters, including investigations and case management.
- Support and guide performance management and workplace culture initiatives.
- Interpret and apply industrial instruments, including enterprise agreements.
- Partner with managers and stakeholders to influence and implement HR strategies that support operational success.
- Support Adhoc HR Operations as needed.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Advisor role, ideally within a blue-collar, unionised or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and workplace investigations.
- Confidence in interpreting and applying enterprise agreements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- A proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
