Location: Parramatta | Salary:$120,000–$125,000 + Super | Permanent
The Role
We are partnering with a dynamic organisation to find a confident and proactive HR Business Partner to join their team. This is a hands-on, generalist HR role with a strong focus on Industrial and Employee Relations. If you are action-oriented, commercially minded, and capable of navigating complex HR issues with confidence, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the business to provide pragmatic HR advice and solutions
- Lead and support ER and IR matters, including difficult conversations
- End to end Generalist HR
- Support WHS compliance and other HR processes (training provided if needed)
- Contribute to HR strategy while being highly action-oriented and hands-on
The Candidate
- Proven HR generalist experience, ideally with strong IR/ER exposure
- Previous experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Advisor
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Proactive, inquisitive, and commercially minded “doer”
- Strong recruitment understanding and ability to ask the right follow-up questions
- Experience with ELMO is highly desirable
