Are you an experienced HR Coordinator available immediately and looking for a hands-on temporary assignment?
Elements Recruitment is partnering with an established organisation in Parramatta seeking an HR professional to step into a busy HR function and provide seamless cover during a period of annual leave.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, is confident managing day-to-day HR administration, and can quickly get up to speed in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
Working closely with a supportive HR team, you’ll take ownership of a broad range of coordination and administrative activities, including:
- Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding
- Preparing termination documentation, employment letters and HR correspondence
- Maintaining employee records and visa information
- Supporting regular HR reporting and administration
- Assisting with basic talent and recruitment activities
- Managing HR inbox queries and employee requests
- Maintaining accurate information across HR systems
- Using ELMO and Microsoft 365 to support day-to-day HR operations
We’re looking for someone who can step in quickly and confidently. You’ll ideally bring:
- Previous experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Officer or similar
- Strong HR administration and organisational capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working in a high-volume environment with competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Experience using ELMO highly regarded
- The ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative team member
- Rate:$40–$43 per hour + super
- Location: Parramatta
- Hours: 9am–5pm
