The Role
Short-term HR assignments offer exposure across a variety of industries and environments. Typical responsibilities may include:
- Providing day-to-day HR administrative and operational support
- Coordinating onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintaining HR systems and employee records
- Assisting with recruitment and selection processes
- Preparing employment contracts, letters, and HR reports
- Supporting HR projects, policy updates, and compliance activities
- Acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries
- Previous experience in an HR Officer or HR Coordinator role
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to step into new environments and quickly add value
- Immediate availability or a short notice period
