We’re partnering with a large and growing organisation to recruit an experienced HR Team Leader to oversee a busy HR operations function. This role will lead a team of HR Analysts and act as a key point of contact for the business across a range of HR queries and processes.
This is a fast-paced position suited to someone who enjoys managing high-volume workflows, supporting a team, and building strong relationships across the business.
About the Role You’ll lead a team of HR Analysts while ensuring the smooth delivery of HR operational services across the organisation. The role involves managing escalations, overseeing HR processes, and supporting ongoing improvements within a growing workforce of over 5,000 employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of 4 HR Analysts
- Managing inbox workflows and oversight of high-volume HR queries
- Acting as a key escalation point for HR matters across the business
- Reviewing and approving Letters of Offer and employment contracts
- Supporting HRIS processes, administration and system data integrity
- Assisting with Connx, payroll processes and HR workflow management
- Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and operational efficiency
- Building strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation
- Previous experience leading or supervising HR team members
- Strong background in HR operations or shared services environments
- Experience managing high-volume HR queries or workflows
- Confident handling HR escalations and stakeholder management
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with HRIS systems and HR administration processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organisation
