The Role
This is not a repetitive production role. You'll take ownership of a liquid filling production line, ensuring machinery operates efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards.
Approximately 70–80% of the role is hands-on, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with machinery, solving problems and keeping production running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and adjust machinery for production runs
- Operate and monitor liquid filling equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimise downtime
- Carry out preventative maintenance and routine servicing
- Maintain production quality and accuracy
- Coordinate external technicians when required
- Operate forklift and reach truck
- Assist with warehouse duties, deliveries and stocktakes
- Ensure a clean, safe and organised work environment
To be successful in this role, you'll have a strong mechanical aptitude, enjoy taking ownership of your work, and possess outstanding attention to detail.
You'll ideally bring:
- Experience operating liquid filling machinery
- Manufacturing, packaging or production experience
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Current forklift licence and practical experience
- Experience using hand and power tools
- A proactive and reliable work ethic
- Current driver's licence
