Temporary Social Media & Graphic Design Coordinator
Location: Rydalmere, Sydney (Onsite)
Duration: 4–8 Weeks (potential extension)
Days: 3 Days Per Week (choose from Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday)
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)
Pay Rate:$45–$50 per hour + Super ( experience dependant)
About the Role
An established national business is seeking a creative and hands-on Social Media & Graphic Design Coordinator to join their marketing team on a temporary contract basis.
This role combines social media content creation, graphic design, video editing and general marketing support. Working closely with the Marketing Communications Manager, you will create engaging content across multiple brands and channels while ensuring all marketing materials remain consistent with established brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Content Creation
  • Create engaging static and video content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X
  • Develop visual assets based on provided content briefs and copy direction
  • Utilise internal image libraries, stock imagery and social media research to create compelling content
  • Adapt content across multiple brands and audiences
Graphic Design
  • Design a variety of marketing materials including:
    • Flyers and brochures
    • Digital advertisements
    • Website banners
    • Sales presentations
    • Promotional materials
    • Point-of-sale assets
    • Exhibition and event collateral
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative output
Video Editing
  • Edit short-form video content for social media and digital marketing campaigns
  • Produce engaging visual content suitable for multiple platforms
  • Support campaign execution through video and multimedia assets
Marketing Support
  • Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across print, digital and social channels
  • Support internal stakeholders with marketing requests
  • Maintain marketing assets and digital libraries
  • Prepare presentations and promotional materials as required
Skills & Experience
Essential
  • Previous experience in graphic design, content creation or marketing
  • Strong social media content creation capability
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills including:
    • Photoshop
    • Illustrator
    • InDesign
    • Premiere Pro
    • After Effects
    • Acrobat
  • Experience working on Mac platforms
  • Strong video editing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Desirable
  • Experience using CapCut
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Experience working across multiple brands

You are a creative, organised and proactive marketing professional who enjoys producing high-quality content across both digital and print channels. You have a strong eye for design, understand social media best practice and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
