The Opportunity:
We’re on the lookout for 4 x technically-minded, hands-on legends to join the Electrical & Maintenance team three positions with a mechanical trade background and one with an electrical trade background.
You’ll be working on-site with state-of-the-art automated sortation systems and freight handling equipment in a high-volume, high-speed environment. If you're looking for variety, impact, and the chance to work with some seriously impressive kit, read on.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carrying out preventative and breakdown maintenance on automated conveyor and sortation systems
- Diagnosing and resolving faults quickly to minimise downtime
- Logging jobs and updates in the MEX maintenance system
- Maintaining tools, parts, and equipment in top condition
- Collaborating with operations teams to keep everything running smoothly
- Getting involved in small projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work with PLCs, SCADA systems, and VSDs from fault-finding to control upgrades
- Ensure all electrical work is compliant and aligned with safety standards
- Support system enhancements and project-based upgrades
- A trade qualification in either mechanical or electrical disciplines
- Experience working on industrial, automated, or conveyor systems
- Strong fault-finding skills and a calm, methodical approach
- The ability to read and interpret technical schematics
- Comfortable using CMMS platforms like MEX (or willing to learn)
- A collaborative attitude and commitment to safety
- Certificate III in Electrical Fitting and A Grade Licence (electrical role)
- Experience in logistics, transport, or high-throughput industrial settings
- Exposure to pneumatics, hydraulics, or packaging equipment
- Current driver’s licence
