What You’ll Be Doing
Business Development & Sales Growth
- Proactively generate new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and face-to-face engagement
- Identify and qualify prospects, understanding their business needs and tailoring solutions
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
- Partner with marketing to leverage campaigns, events, and digital tools to strengthen your pipeline
- Build and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships
- Keep regular contact with prospects and customers to drive repeat business
- Facilitate meaningful conversations that uncover needs and position value
- Represent the business professionally at events, trade shows, and meetings
- Manage the transition from signed contract to installation
- Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Field Service teams
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage issues or escalations
- Ensure a seamless, positive customer experience from start to finish
